Summerville, SC- Magnolias of Summerville Assisted Living and Memory Care received a 100 percent satisfaction rating from its residents for the second year in a row. The satisfaction rate is based on a survey completed by the residents and their families, and includes questions gauging the residents satisfaction on a number of areas including food, programs, and overall care.
The 100 percent satisfaction rate is attributed the community’s continued dedication to training and specialized programming. Magnolias of Summerville was purchased by Schonberg & Associates in 2009 with a goal of improving the community’s operations to make it the premier assisted living and memory care community in Summerville.
“We are so excited to receive the 100 percent satisfaction rating for a second year,” Troutman Said. “Our entire team has worked so hard to improve resident care and programming, and everyone has dedicated themselves to training to really learn how to give exceptional care.”
Magnolias of Summerville is currently finalizing plans to renovate its memory care neighborhood, and plans to build a separate, secured neighborhood specifically for the care of resident with Alzheimer’s and dementia.
